Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

You are a director, manager or work in politics. Working in a challenging force field is no problem for you. In fact, you probably really like it!

But sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees. That one decision demands just too much of your attention. Or you notice that something has been irritating for a while, but you don't know exactly why.

Finding the right sparring partner in your own circle is not possible for every issue. How nice it is to be able to spar with someone who asks damn good questions and who does not let you get away with half-hearted solutions.

A senior partner

next to me

What did it ultimately bring me? That I had an independent sparring partner next to me in a difficult period, both in terms of content and on a human level, with whom I simply felt very connected. Someone who stood next to me to work on myself, to make me more effective, both in my private life and of course especially on a business level.

Thanks to Natasja's coaching, I know better who I am, what I stand for and how I want to deal with work relationships. I also learned how to act and perform in the best way. Furthermore, the coaching simply brought me a lot of peace, both in my head and in my body. If I ran into something, I knew: I can talk about that with Natasja at a later time and then I will receive good advice about it at a high level.

Interim Head of People & Culture at Wakuli

Why Natasja Hoex?

Nowadays there are tons of coaches. And to be honest, they are not all equally good. If you are at that important crossroads, then I think you do not want a yes-man, standard questioner or reassurer, with a three-day coaching training, do you?

I am a psychologist and have a degree in the success factors of group dynamics. I have been working with leaders of organizations, teams, political groups and executive boards for about 20 years now. The questions people ask me are usually about the combination: "Me as a leader, the people I have to work with and what still fits/doesn't fit anymore?"

Sparring at a high level requires authenticity, curiosity, research from different perspectives, being able to put yourself in different scenarios and a certain degree of decisiveness. That is what I ask of myself and of you.

Of course you want to see if we match first, so we start with a no-obligation online conversation to explore further.

I have room for three individual coachees per quarter. That's not a lot, so don't wait any longer

I will never forget the example with the dog leash

Through a number of catchy examples, the essence is well retained. The example with the dog leash, I will never forget! In addition, Natasja is a good listener and knows how to get to the core very quickly.

Being a good example takes quite a bit

I have learned a lot from the individual coaching. Ultimately, you can only change yourself, and not someone else. I am much more confident and professional in my current position. When I get emotional, I do some work on it. Then I come back to work with more peace, which allows me to be more businesslike and be a better example.

Natasja is a people person, but remains professional and understanding. You can clearly see that she draws on experience and her education. She can put the problems into words very well, so that you can really do something with them.

  • Does it cost a lot?

Yes, indeed! Secretly, we all hope for a magic wand that will suddenly change everything. This applies to wanting to do something differently, to that difficult dilemma and also to that difficult decision that we have to make.

Executive Coaching quickly reveals what it is actually about. That is enlightening, but sometimes also quite painfully accurate. Then of course you want to do something with it and that requires courage, time and commitment

A coaching trajectory usually lasts a few months. We start with a half-day of research and then we have a number of conversations of about 1.5 hours spread over a number of months. A coaching trajectory usually costs around € 3,500 - € 4,000.

  • For whom not?

I don't coach people who don't have a leadership position

  • For whom?

You have an urgent question/ dilemma or situation. You understand that you cannot solve it yourself because you are in the middle of it. The question concerns the field of forces in which you find yourself (so it is not, for example, a question about a specific skill alone). You are prepared to look at both yourself and the other(s) and, if necessary, to make difficult decisions in this regard.

I only have room for 3 executives with an urgent problem per quarter. Don't wait any longer.
