Teamanalyse

What's going on?

There is something wrong in your team and it needs to change. Not only are you having trouble with each other, your organization is starting to grumble quite a bit.

Whether teamcoaching is the right solution, you do not know yet. Perhaps the question is whether “the right people are in the right place.”

Confusion: What is the right thing to do?

  • Is there a mismatch between leader and team?
  • Can it still evolve in the right direction in the current constellation? And if so, what is the best thing to do?
  • Should we perhaps say goodbye to each other/to someone?
  • Is teamcoaching the right solution or something else?
  • What should we do first? Where do we start?

Now we know

what to do!

The analysis has brought me a lot. I now know much more about what I need to do. What am I going to ignore, for example? Which behaviour should I limit? In addition, I know much better how I can stimulate interaction with different interventions, instead of the others pointing their arrows at me.

What does an analysis & advice bring you?

The Teamcoach doesn't offer a band-aid. We don't do color tests to get to know each other better. No hallelujah stuff. We work with your reality as it is now. We remove the bug from the system. For ever!

I have room for three teams per quarter. That's not a lot, so don't wait any longer

This works!

I had some doubts about taking the step because of the resistance from the team itself. I finally decided to go for it, because the distrust was so enormous that a third party really had to look at it.

I gained more confidence when I saw that there was a methodology behind it. That there was a structure and that a solid analysis emerging from the individual conversations. That also gives people concrete referencepoints to discuss together. Then I saw: “okay, this works.”

Everyone could join in

Before the team coaching, my doubts had actually already disappeared. People who had spoken to Natasja 1 on 1 had already experienced a pleasant introduction. They were very open very quickly. In addition, I also noticed that the analysis touched something in the team that everyone was struggling with and people could speak freely and openly about that. That created commitment.

  • Does it cost a lot?

Yes, indeed! Secretly, we all hope for a magic wand that will suddenly change everything. This applies to losing a few stones, to all those crazy habits of your partner and also to collaboration problems in a team.

An analysis often reveals precisely those pain points that have been kept quiet and avoided for a few years. That can be confronting and often also very relieving. You decide for yourself what you do with the analysis and advice. What I do ask is an open mind and the willingness to really listen to the message.

A good team analysis, advice report and feedback to leaders and then to the team itself takes about 1-2 months and costs between €5000 and €7000 for a team of 5-8 people.

  • For whom not?

Realize that a team analysis already causes shifts. Things come up that you can't just sweep under the carpet. So keep in mind that after the advice you will have to do something with the advice.

  • For whom?

You realize that you have an urgent problem in the interaction. So you notice  that things are not going well between you. But you do not know which angle to take. You understand that you cannot solve it yourself because you are in the middle of it, but you are not yet sure whether team coaching is the right solution. You are prepared to say goodbye to certain people or to say goodbye yourself. You are also prepared to look at changes in the structure if necessary.

I only have room for 3 teams per quarter with an urgent problem. Don't wait any longer.
